2. What type of artwork file should I upload?
To ensure the highest print quality, we accept the following file types:
-
.PNG (transparent background)
-
.EPS
-
.AI
-
.PDF (high-resolution only)
Artwork Requirements
-
All artwork must be created in RGB (CMYK files may not print accurately).
-
Must be 300 DPI or higher for clarity.
-
Do not mirror your artwork (we print as submitted).
-
White-only designs must be placed on their own gang sheet.
If your file doesn’t meet these standards, your print quality may be affected.
3. How long is your turnaround time?
Our typical transfer turnaround time is 24-48 hours, depending on order volume and print type.
This does not include engraved, dropshipped items or weekends or shipping transit time.
High-volume or large gang sheet orders
Larger jobs may require slightly more production time, but we work efficiently to keep orders moving quickly.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not see your tracking email:
-
Check your spam/junk folder.
-
Make sure the email on your order is correct.
-
Contact us with your order number, and we’ll resend tracking information.
Tracking updates are controlled by USPS/UPS, so updates may take time during busy seasons.
5. What are the pressing instructions for DTF transfers?
Pressing instructions can vary slightly depending on your heat press, pressure settings, and environment. As a general guideline:
For DTF Transfers:
-
Temperature: 275–300°F
-
Time: 8–12 seconds
-
Pressure: Medium to firm
-
Peel: Hot or warm peel depending on your press
For Glitter DTF:
-
Temperature: 300°F
-
Time: 12–15 seconds
-
Pressure: Medium
-
Peel: COLD
For best results, always pre-press the garment for 2–3 seconds to remove moisture.
For UV DTF (Hard Substrates):
-
Peel backing slowly, apply the adhesive layer to the surface, press firmly with a squeegee, then remove the top film carefully.
6. My transfer isn’t peeling properly — what’s wrong?
Peeling issues can happen for a few common reasons:
Incorrect Temperature
Your press may be too cool or running lower than displayed.
Use a heat gun or thermometer to test accuracy.
Insufficient Pressure
DTF requires medium to heavy pressure. If peeling is difficult or incomplete, increase pressure.
Peeling Too Early or Too Late
Some transfers peel hot, others warm.
If the film resists, allow it to cool slightly.
Moisture in the Garment
Moisture creates steam pockets that interfere with adhesion.
Always pre-press for a few seconds.
If issues continue, send us photos and we’ll help troubleshoot.
7. Can I return my order?
Because all transfers are custom printed, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
Accepted Return Reasons:
-
Incorrect print due to our error
-
Misaligned print caused by production
-
Damaged materials on arrival
Not Accepted:
-
Artwork uploaded incorrectly
-
Low-resolution images provided by customer
-
Wrong sizing chosen
-
Color differences caused by CMYK or poor file preparation
If there is a genuine issue, we will work with you to resolve it professionally.
8. Do you offer bulk pricing or wholesale rates?

Bulk pricing is available for:
